The President (West region) is responsible for leading the strategy, financial performance, and operational execution for the West region for Solutionz, Inc.
This executive role oversees all regional business functions including:
Sales and business development
AV engineering and system design
Project management and installation
Managed services and support
Client relationships and strategic partnerships
The Regional President is accountable for driving revenue growth, delivering high-quality integration projects, building strong regional teams, and expanding Solutionz’s presence in enterprise, government, and institutional markets while delivering excellent customer service!
This position reports directly to the executive leadership team and serves as the senior leader responsible for regional P&L performance.
Regional Business Leadership
Lead and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with Solutionz’s national expansion objectives.
Manage full regional P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin performance, and operational efficiency.
Identify new market opportunities across enterprise, healthcare, education, and government sectors.
Sales & Market Development
Drive regional revenue growth through strategic account development and enterprise relationships.
Expand the regional sales pipeline across AV integration, collaboration systems, and managed services.
Build strong relationships with technology manufacturers and strategic partners.
Operations & Project Delivery
Oversee engineering, design, project management, and installation teams delivering AV integration projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Solutionz quality standards.
Implement operational KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and efficiency.
Team Leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, engineering, project delivery, and services.
Mentor and develop regional leadership including sales directors, engineering leaders, and operations managers.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
Client Relationships
Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts and large integration projects.
Maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients and institutional customers.
Ensure exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of design, deployment, and support.
Experience
10–15+ years in:
AV integration
Collaboration technology
Unified communications
Technology systems integration
Proven experience leading regional or national business units.
Track record managing large-scale AV integration projects and enterprise deployments.
Industry Expertise
AV system design and engineering collaboration technologies and digital media environments
enterprise technology deployments
Familiarity with industry certifications and standards such as AVIXA CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I is highly valued.
Leadership
Strong operational leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead complex technology organizations combining sales, engineering, and project delivery.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and market expansion.
