Support Representative - Network, Data Center & Mission Critical

Job Summary:

The Support Representative plays a key role in driving efficiency and coordination across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing. This position provides essential support for Network Infrastructure, Data Center, and Mission Critical projects—ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and smooth execution from quote to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline sales processes through project setup, pricing registration, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on change orders, product research, and bill of materials (BOM) preparation.
  • Support purchasing with POs, vendor quotes, and project approvals.
  • Track project materials, assist with RMAs, and facilitate bid desk submissions.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain alignment on technical and logistical details.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, NetSuite, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in technical sales support or operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, data center systems, or mission-critical environments is a plus.
