AV Integration Manager

Job Summary:

Solutionz Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven AV Integration Manager to lead and coordinate all technical integration efforts across the Southeast region (NC, SC, GA). This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the  Southeast PROAV Lab, manage programming and integration resources, and ensure the technical readiness and success of all AV projects moving into deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of PROAV Lab Operations:
    Lead and manage the Southeast PROAV Lab, ensuring a highly efficient environment for AV system staging, testing, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Direct Management of Lab Integration Technicians and Programmers:
    Provide daily leadership, mentoring, performance management, and scheduling for all regional programmers and lab integration technicians.
  • Scheduling of All Programming Resources:
    Plan, assign, and coordinate programming workloads across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
  • Technical Review of All Projects Prior to Turnover:
    Perform comprehensive technical evaluations of all AV project designs before deployment to validate functionality, scope alignment, and adherence to Solutionz engineering standards.
  • Participation in Project Turnover Meetings:
    Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams during turnover meetings to confirm project scope, timelines, programming requirements, and integration strategies.
  • Coordination of Lab Scheduling and Project Readiness:
    Manage the PROAV Lab schedule to ensure seamless staging, configuration, and testing of systems prior to site deployment. Coordinate with Project Managers to align lab activities with installation schedules
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of AV integration experience, with at least 2 years managing technical teams including programmers and/or integration technicians.
  • Strong understanding of ProAV systems, signal flow, control programming (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS), and AV network integration.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple resources across multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
  • CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D preferred; manufacturer certifications in control systems or DSPs a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed across the Southeast region.
