Description: Solutionz is seeking an Account Executive who knows how to communicate with customers to find out what they need – and what solutions can fill those needs. The Account Executive is responsible for representing Solutionz in the sales cycle for prospects and customers. The Account Executive is also responsible for engaging with the Solutionz Engineering team to develop the scope, present the final solution and close the value-add Audio Visual Conferencing solutions. This is a quota-carrying role with accountability for achieving quarterly revenue with a competitive industry salary. This position reports to the regional President.
Responsibilities: The Account Executive position is a strategic sales role. The right candidate will understand the value of selling our commitment to providing customers the best-in-class total conferencing solution for any of their communication needs. We are looking for a candidate that works well with team members and can orchestrate between multiple departments to ensure a total solution is brought to a customer. The Account Executive requires very little supervision and is required to take a leadership role to drive revenue new business on behalf of Solutionz Conferencing. The selected candidate would have the ability to sell into high volume/dollar accounts within a territory or vertical. The candidate would have multiple ways to build his or her franchise and brand within the given strategic segment. Identifying, qualifying and driving to closure audio and video conferencing, with specialized service offerings (Audio Visual Integration, Managed Services, Bridging Service and Grant Program Services) to C-level decision makers. Developing and executing on value focused sales strategies across markets. Involvement ranges from proposal development, developing SOWs and managing the contract process to closure of the deal. Leveraging all solutions and resources to exceed customer value expectations. Continually assess opportunities for business with new and existing customers. Develop and execute on business plans. Engage internal resources early and often.
