Sales Coordinator

Essential Functions:

  • Assist Sales Rep in creating sales proposals in excel and NetSuite software systems.
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation to ensure a consistency and accuracy of pricing and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between sales reps and engineers to ensure proposals are entered correctly
  • Assist salespersons with order processing
  • Interface with key manufacturing partners to review master quotes and confirm project registration discounts.
  • Help schedule and coordinate in vendor meetings and networking events.
  • Participate in project discussions and meetings to assist with creation of sales proposals. 
  • Create and coordinate with the operations team on external change orders.
  • Interact and participate in both internal and external (client) meetings as requested
  • Facilitate communications between Sales, Purchasing & Production
  • Answer customer inquiries by providing relevant information and forwarding potential customer contact information to appropriate internal parties.
  • Order office supplies
  • Answer incoming calls as needed.
  • Support Management staff on special projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work within a team environment is essential.
  • Strong Computer Skills with proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience of NetSuite (or other CRM/ERP) software.          
  • Experience with Microsoft teams 
  • Knowledge of AV products and services preferred but not necessary.
