Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist will perform a variety of marketing design and sales administrative tasks. Duties of the Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist include but are not limited to: supporting the marketing team in daily tasks, implementing marketing strategies created by Marketing Director, using Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing materials, using marketing automation platform, tracking sales data, managing promotional materials, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, preparing reports and meeting with vendors/partners regarding marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create imagery for social media, email campaigns and brochures in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage and develop high quality sales presentations/documents/PowerPoints etc.
  • Manage Lead process.
  • Identify decision makers and qualify prospective leads to drive sales.
  • Answer lead phone line and answer lead live chat tickets.
  • Coordinate events and tradeshows.  
  • Manage promotional materials and ordering process.
  • Implement marketing campaigns in marketing automation platform.
  • Assist with administrative sales activities (e.g., filling out paperwork related to State Contracts, Bids, RFPs).
  • Manage posting, edits and maintenance of website and blog.
  • Help monitor website architecture, content, linking, page construction and meta-data content, to improve SEO positions for target keywords.  
  • Help monitor CRM and Inbound marketing Software to execute lead generation plans.
  • Assist with vendor/partner relationships and delivering KPIs.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed sales-focused environment.
  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering consistent, high-quality work.
  • Hungry and passionate to learn new skills with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • CRM experience strongly preferred, but not required (must be trainable).
  • VAR (value added reseller) or sales channel experience a plus but not required.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software is strongly preferred but not required.
