Marketing | Demand Generation Specialist

Job Role Summary:

Location: Flexible, Full-Time

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for building and optimizing Solutionz’s full‑funnel marketing engine. This role requires a highly analytical, data‑driven marketer who can transform insights, digital behaviors, and multichannel campaigns into measurable pipeline, SQL growth, and marketing‑influenced revenue.

The ideal candidate understands the modern digital landscape — including AI‑driven discovery — and uses HubSpot, Google Business tools, paid advertising platforms, and AEO, GEO, and AIO strategies to ensure strong visibility, engagement, and performance across all verticals and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline & Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi‑channel lead generation programs (paid search, paid social, ABM, remarketing, email nurtures).
  • Build full‑funnel strategies aligned to Solutionz’s verticals and buyer journeys.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and ISRs to ensure high lead quality and seamless handoff.

Digital Ecosystem & Performance Optimization

  • Use Google Business Insights and digital performance indicators to guide campaign refinement.
  • Evaluate traffic trends, engagement patterns, and user behavior changes across digital properties.
  • Monitor performance signals to improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.

HubSpot Reporting & Automation (Primary CRM & Marketing Platform)

  • Own all HubSpot reporting dashboards for lifecycle stages, revenue attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee workflow automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
  • Ensure proper tracking and campaign attribution using UTMs and HubSpot campaign structures.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly insights to leadership tied directly to pipeline health and revenue outcomes.

Paid Advertising Specialist

  • Build and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and vendor‑funded platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Continuously refine targeting and budget allocation to maximize ROI and qualified conversions.

AEO, GEO & AIO Optimization

  • Ensure marketing assets are optimized for answer engines, generative search, and AI‑driven discovery.
  • Support content and campaign structures that appear in conversational and AI‑synthesized environments.
  • Partner with the Content & Partnerships Manager to future‑proof content and enhance AI visibility.

ABM & Vertical Alignment

  • Develop ABM programs aimed at high‑value accounts within Solutionz’s key verticals.
  • Tailor messaging, sequences, and targeting based on industry pain points and procurement cycles.
  • Align with the Marketing Campaign Manager for cohesive vertical positioning.

Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Produce executive‑ready HubSpot dashboards and readouts.
  • Identify performance gaps, opportunities, and actionable improvements.
  • Make data‑driven recommendations that directly support lead gen.
What You Bring 
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 4-8 years of experience working in a demand generation marketing role in the audiovisual or similar industry.  
  • Demonstrates strong fluency in Google Business tools and understands how they influence digital visibility and brand presence.
  • HubSpot expertise, especially in reporting, automation workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle/journey management.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising strategy (search, social, MDF/co-op).
  • Hands‑on experience with AEO, GEO, and AIO, and curiosity for emerging AI‑search trends.
  • Ability to interpret complex digital signals and turn them into actionable insights.
  • A track record of optimizing campaigns based on data, experimentation, and conversion learnings.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with Sales, ISRs, and Marketing counterparts.
  • A proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • High accountability, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
Salary Expectations:

$65K-90K + bonus, depending on experience
