Demand Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

The role will involve researching and optimizing SEO strategy, identifying and filtering lead sources, organizing CRM activity, and collaborating closely with our sales department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is just beginning or early in their marketing career but wants to take ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities

SEO

    • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
    • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
    • Work with copy writer to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics initiatives and campaigns
    • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Manage CRM Data

    • Analyze and improve data flow between software systems (NetSuite & HubSpot experience a plus)
    • Manage contact lists
    • Create custom sales and marketing reports and dashboards
    • Create user accounts and train new users on CRM and marketing automation platform

Oversee Sales Funnel

    • monitor online form submissions and respond to phone call/chatbot inquires to assign lead to sales rep
    • ensure contacts are moving through sales funnel
    • track conversion rates through each stage of the funnel
    • analyze data and make recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance

Perform Sales Forecasting

    • Manage forecasting and data analysis
    • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators to stakeholders

  • Keep all scheduled activities current in your Solutionz MS Outlook calendar.
  • Be respectful in the care and handling of all company and client owned resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
  • Proven technical aptitude in digital marketing technologies, including marketing automation, email marketing, web content management systems, web analytics, SEO, and blogs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented; strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • High-energy team player, innovative/creative thinker, and self-start
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Employment Type: Full Time, salary position

Location: Preferred close proximity to one of our offices in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. Part-time remote work flexible.
