Troubleshooting your Polycom or Cisco video conferencing application begins with one call into our Technical Service Center. Our technicians strive to take your call immediately, with a call back commitment of no more than 30 minutes, and unlimited phone support.

Service customers enjoy unlimited access to our Technical Service Center seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day!

Unlimited Phone Support

  • Unlimited access to our Technical Service Center 24-hours a day, 7-days a week

Round-the-Clock Testing

  • Available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week dial-in testing at our nationwide Video Conference Test Centers

  • Immediate response time to requests during normal business hours

Troubleshoot with Network Provider

  • When a problem is determined to reside with the ISDN or Data network services, a Solutionz' technician will engage the customers network service provider along with the customer to troubleshoot and test network circuits

Rapid Replacement

Software Upgrades

Prime Call On-Site is an additional service of Prime Call, available to Prime call Customers for an additional charge, in which Solutionz will send a technician as needed to replace or repair failed or broken Polycom or Cisco hardware.

Upon notification of a problem and if troubleshooting has failed to rectify the reported issue, a technician will arrive in conjunction with the replacement equipment and will work until the problem is solved.
