Our technicians strive to take your call immediately, with a call back commitment of no more than 30 minutes and unlimited phone support.

Prime Call customers enjoy unlimited access to our Technical Service Center seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day!

Round-the-clock testing

Our Video Test Centers are located throughout the U.S. and they are always open for Prime Call clients. Test your equipment as many times as you like, whenever you like!

There’s nothing more agonizing than waiting for a service call back. Solutionz has the only videoconferencing service package that strives to eliminate this agony. Prime Call customers can be assured of a response within thirty minutes of their service request – any time of day. During normal business hours, Prime Call issues can be addressed immediately, at your request!

Troubleshoot w/ Network Provider

If our Technical Service Center determines that your problem resides in the telephone network, we’ll call the carrier for you. Simply provide us the carrier’s name and the line ID number. We’ll take it from there, and update you!

 

   
Rapid Replacement

As long as you are a Prime Call customer, your videoconferencing hardware is covered against failure. If our technicians determine that you have a failed component at your location, we’ll send out a replacement. In most cases, you’ll have it the next business day!

Software upgrades

We’ll obtain eligible upgrades from the manufacturer(s) and walk you through the upgrade process.

Free end user training class

Our Training Center is among the best in the industry, and you can find out why for free! All of our Prime Call clients are invited to schedule a remote End User Training class for their videoconferencing system within six months after taking delivery. Half-hour classes can accommodate up to six participants – a $750 value!!
