Solutionz offers an Integrated Maintenance Service program that helps ensure longer life and reliable operation of your conference room facilities. Preventive Maintenance is essential for optimal operation and enhanced performance, while minimizing downtime and equipment failure. Our highly trained technicians have the experience and tools to maintain your equipment at its peak level of performance.
Annual Integrated Maintenance
Solutionz Integrated Maintenance Service includes an annual on-site preventive maintenance visit by one of our trained technicians who will perform numerous preventive maintenance tasks that includes, but not limited to, the following;
- Verification of Audio & Video quality performance.
- Inspect and adjust cabling and wire management areas, to ensure all cabling is properly secured.
- Inspect, adjust and clean all equipment, as needed.
- Completed survey to identify needed features, repairs, or concerns.
Note: Preventive Maintenance visits do not include Add, Move or Change tasks.

Three On-Site Service Calls
Integrated Maintenance Service includes three (3) on-site service calls per year. After a trouble ticket is opened with the Solutionz PRIME CALL Help Desk and remote troubleshooting efforts fail to rectify the reported trouble, a Solutionz technician will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours to continue on-site troubleshooting efforts. Integrated Maintenance includes weekend dispatches at no additional charge, excluding banking holidays. Annual Preventive Maintenance tasks will be performed in conjunction with support calls.

Integrated Maintenance service customers enjoy the added benefit of 24 hour, 7 days a week access to the Solutionz PRIME CALL Help Desk.
- Professional problem diagnostics.

- Manufacturer equipment and application support documentation provided. (when available)
Warranty Part Replacement Assistance
- Prime Call Technicians facilitate the RMA process through manufactures warrantee equipment.
- RMA tracking through PRIME CALL help desk available 24/7/365.
- All parts shipped via Next Day service, if available.
- Code fixes for control system (does not incl. add/move/changes)
