Polycom Conferencing for Outlook

Polycom Conferencing for Outlook (PCO) provides every organization with a simple way to integrate video conferencing into the daily workflow. Users are given the ability to added video and audio meeting invitations with a simple click of a button with the tight integration of Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Office Outlook 2007. Conference attendees can easily join the conference through a variety of options — from their PC or HDX video conferencing system or streamed video or recorded video — all by clicking on the link provided inside the meeting invitation. Polycom's latest release of software for the Polycom Converged Management Application (CMA™) 4000 and 5000 solution, the Polycom CMA Version 5.0, offers the same great management suite with enhancements to monitoring and reporting. With this new release, administrators are able to quickly troubleshoot issues and customize the dashboard view to fit their needs.
