• First and last monthly payments are required in advance
• At the end of the Term, a 10% Buyout payment is required to take title to the equipment
• Valid for transactions over $8,000 and funded on or before 3/31/2009
• Offer is valid only towards Polycom purchases and not with any other offer or promotion
